These classes are perfect for reconnecting to your body and balancing your energy. A half hour of yoga has a great impact on the way we interact with the world.

2 blocks, 2 blankets, strap

Give yourself this time of quiet connection to your body and heart. There will be lots of invigorating, cleansing yoga movement and breathing. Then, slower deep stretches or deep breath work and deep relaxation. Everyone is welcome!
