The world we live in right now can feel polarizing and confusing and out of balance. How can we contribute in a positive way?
The radical compassion we cultivate in our yoga practice is a way to transform our own heart/mind and body. The intention of this retreat is to reconnect to the gifts that this path offers for all beings.
It will be a focused time of purifying by doing the physical practice of yoga and pranayama, and directing awareness inward thru mantra to calm and connect and dispel fear.
